What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, country and city, the name of your organisation if you gave one, and anything you typed in the message box. We do not ask for an amount and we never ask for bank or card details.

We also record the date, and a one way scrambled form of your internet address, which we use only to stop automated abuse of the form. We cannot turn it back into your address.

Why

So that we can contact you about supporting the centre. That is the only reason. We ask your permission on the form before storing anything, and we record when you gave it.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside [CENTRE NAME]. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not pass them to any other organisation. We do not publish the names of donors.

How long we keep it

Up to two years from the last time we were in contact. If you tell us you would rather not be involved, we keep only enough to make sure we do not approach you again, and no more than a year.

Your choices
